SHIPPING & HANDLING

We process orders Monday through Friday and can get all your swag out of our warehouse within 1-5 business days!

Expedited shipping means that your order will be processed and shipped out on the next business day.

During large sales, promotions, new product releases, and holidays there is a good chance that it could take the full 1-5 business days (sometimes a day or two longer) to get these orders out of our warehouse because our deals are just so awesome that everyone wants to be a part of them!

Shipping Time: 12– 20 calender days .

Track Package

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL base on our discretion. When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. Our automated system will send you automatic updates, however for more accurate tracking, we recommend using the couriers website. All orders will ship with a tracking number and require an adult signature upon arrival.


If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your package yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

Cancel/change order

If you need to pick up an order you have placed, please email us your orderer or username, so that we can find your order quickly, you must cancel/change the order within 12 hours after placing the order , we will try our best to meet your needs.

Do you ship America & how much does shipping cost?

We ship America. We offer customers USA Free Shipping with tracking for each order. 

If the package shows delivered to your address, but is missing you must report to us within 2 weeks of placing your order (domestic shipments) or 4 weeks of placing your order (international shipments). Once you have reported your lost package, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier about the lost package and attempt to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge if stock is available.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer.

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

orders that are returned back to us due to an incomplete or unknown address OR packages that are refused/return to sender will be refunded LESS what the shipping and handling charges would have been without the promotion.

Will I pay extra customs or tax?

The customers are responsible for any taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, including but not limited to any sales or use tax, value added taxes or tariffs.
